Mark P. Mills is executive director of the National Center for Energy Analytics (NCEA), a senior fellow at the Manhattan Institute, and a faculty fellow at Northwestern University’s McCormick School of Engineering.
He is author of The Cloud Revolution: How the Convergence of New Technologies Will Unleash the Next Economic Boom and a Roaring 2020s (Encounter Books, 2021). Previously he co-authored The Bottomless Well (Basic Books, 2005) with Peter Huber.
Mills served in the White House Science Office under President Reagan and has testified before Congress multiple times on energy and technology policy. He is a strategic partner in Cottonwood Venture Partners, an energy-tech venture fund.
